This post is all about unrealistic expectations in relationships and sex. This especially concerns the impact of this on Gen Z and teenagers, who spend considerable periods of time on social media, and who are more gullible to being influenced by films and TV. I will also explain the root cause for why so many people have unrealistically high expectations, and I will talk about steps that can be taken to improve the situation.
